As per our Terms & Conditions, once approved, a refund typically takes 3 business days to process. While most refunds will appear in your account within 1-2 business days after processing, in some cases, it may take up to 5-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
Regarding currency exchange:
- The exchange rate is determined by your bank or card issuer.
- Any currency exchange fees charged by your bank are non-refundable.
- You may see a separate currency exchange fee on your bank statement.
Once a refund request is initiated from our system, we cannot track its status within your bank's processing system. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days (this is rare), we recommend you contact your bank with the transaction details.
Please be aware that refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We cannot issue a refund to any method other than the one used for the original purchase.
If your card has expired or been blocked, don't worry—your financial institution should still accept the funds and credit them to your account balance.
