2. Trial period refund

You can get a full refund within 30 days of purchase if all of the following conditions are met:

First time trial user

No previous trial refund record for any account

No violation of the terms of service

Refund application submitted through official channels

Approved refunds will be refunded via your original payment method within 7 working days.

3. Recurring Subscription Refund

Except for the following specific circumstances, refunds are not eligible:

The system is inaccessible for more than 24 hours and is not due to planned maintenance or force majeure

Billing errors, duplicate charges, or incorrect amounts charged

4. Non-refundable circumstances

Subscription time has expired/has not been used after cancellation

Features are unavailable during maintenance

Change of mind or no longer need the service
