1. Subscription Services

IQGeniusLab AI provides online assessment and self-exploration services on a subscription basis.

Subscribers may use the corresponding membership benefits according to the subscription plan they select.

Membership benefits may include:

IQ, personality, career, emotional intelligence, attitudes toward love, and other tests and related content;

other online assessments;

full test reports;

personalized analysis content;

AI personality assistant;

member-exclusive content;

content related to personal growth, careers, relationships, and other topics;

other membership benefits expressly displayed on the subscription plan page.

The specific membership benefits shall be subject to the plan page you select at the time of subscription and the services actually provided by IQGeniusLab AI at that time.

IQGeniusLab AI may add, modify, or optimize membership content and features based on product development.

2. Paid Trial

Subscription plans offer paid trials.

During the trial period, you may use the corresponding membership benefits included in your subscribed plan.

The trial period, trial price, and the regular subscription price and billing cycle after the trial ends will be clearly displayed when you subscribe.

2.1 Automatic Conversion of Trial to Regular Subscription

If you do not cancel your subscription before the end of the trial period, the trial will automatically convert to a regular subscription after the trial period ends, and you will be charged at the price and billing cycle displayed at the time of subscription.

2.2 Trial Fees

Paid trial fees are generally nonrefundable.

If there is a duplicate charge, incorrect amount, unauthorized charge, or other obvious payment anomaly, you may contact us for verification.

3. Automatic Renewal

Unless you cancel your subscription before the next renewal, your regular subscription will automatically renew at the price and billing cycle displayed at the time of subscription.

When you subscribe, we will display:

the trial price;

the trial period;

the renewal price;

the renewal cycle.

By submitting your subscription order and completing payment, you authorize IQGeniusLab AI and its payment service providers to charge your payment method accordingly under the subscription plan.

4. Canceling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription in the following ways:

Online Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription online on your own.

After an online cancellation is successful, your subscription will stop automatically renewing, and the current subscription period that has already been paid for will remain available until its end.

Cancellation by Email

You may also contact us by email to request cancellation.

Because cancellation by email requires manual processing, cancellation will not be completed automatically or immediately after you send an email.

We will generally follow up on your request within 24 hours and confirm by email after processing is complete.

We recommend that you submit cancellation requests by email as far in advance as possible.

5. Services After Cancellation

Canceling your subscription will not immediately terminate the current subscription period that has already been paid for.

Unless otherwise required by law or agreed by both parties: after canceling your subscription, you may continue to use the corresponding membership benefits during the current paid period.

After the current subscription period ends, membership benefits will terminate and will not automatically renew again.

6. Refunds

Refunds of subscription fees are governed by IQGeniusLab AI's Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Canceling a subscription and obtaining a refund are separate actions.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically result in a refund.

If you wish to request a refund, you must submit an application by email in accordance with the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

7. Adjustments to Membership Benefits

We continuously optimize IQGeniusLab AI's products and content.

Accordingly, we may add, modify, upgrade, replace, or otherwise adjust member tests, reports, AI features, articles, training content, or other membership benefits.

If the relevant adjustments materially and adversely affect existing membership benefits, we will provide advance notice where appropriate.

8. AI Features

Some IQGeniusLab AI membership services may include artificial intelligence features.

AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for individual circumstances.

AI content is primarily intended for informational reference, self-exploration, and assistance with understanding.

You should not make medical, legal, financial, career, or other decisions that may have significant consequences solely based on AI-generated content.

For matters involving health, psychology, or other professional fields, please seek assistance from qualified professionals based on your actual circumstances.

9. Termination of Subscription Services

If you violate the Terms of Service or engage in abuse, fraud, illegal use of the services, or similar conduct, we may suspend or terminate your account or subscription services in accordance with the relevant terms.

If required by law or if other special circumstances apply, we will handle the relevant matters in accordance with applicable law.
